I am Dr. Farid Ahammad Sobhani, a dedicated academic and passionate researcher specializing in business, economics, and human resource development. With over two decades of teaching and administrative experience, I am committed to fostering innovation and leadership in the educational landscape both in Bangladesh and internationally.
About Me
I currently serve as a Professor at the School of Business and Economics (SoBE), United International University (UIU), Dhaka, where I also lead the Center for International Affairs and Cooperation (CIAC) as Director. My academic pursuits extend globally as a Visiting Professor at Sol Plaatje University, South Africa, and a Research Fellow at the Australian Academy of Business Leadership, Sydney.
My contributions span diverse roles, including former Dean at Daffodil International University (DIU) and International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC). As a proud advocate for human resource development, I currently hold the position of Vice-President of the Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organizations (FBHRO).
